The provisions of chapters 52-01, 52-02, 52-03, 52-04, and 52-05 in respect to the carrying
out of the provisions of this chapter shall be the same as are set forth therein and shall be
applicable, insofar as the provisions thereof are consistent, with the provisions of this chapter.
