§ 52-03-04 — Requisitioning and expenditure of funds from various accounts

North Dakota·Title 52 Social Security·Ch. 52-03 Unemployment Compensation Fund
Moneys shall be requisitioned from this state's account in the unemployment trust fund solely for the payment of benefits and for refunds pursuant to subdivision f of subsection 18 of section 52-01-01 and section 52-04-14, except that money credited to this state's account pursuant to section 903 of the Social Security Act [42 U.S.C. 1103], as amended, must be used exclusively as provided in subsection 3 of section 52-03-07. From time to time, the bureau shall requisition from the unemployment trust fund such amounts, not exceeding the amounts standing to this state's account therein, as it deems necessary for the payment of benefits for a reasonable future period.
