Text

Reports. In the administration of the North Dakota unemployment compensation law, the bureau shall cooperate to the fullest extent consistent with the provisions of the North Dakota unemployment compensation law, with the social security board, created by the Social Security Act, approved August 14, 1935, [49 Stat. 620; 42 U.S.C. 301 et seq.] as amended. The bureau shall make such reports in such form and containing such information as the social security board may require and shall comply with such provisions as the social security board from time to time may find necessary to assure the correctness and verification of such reports.
