§ 52-02-12 — Attorney to represent bureau in actions under the North Dakota unemployment compensation law
unemployment compensation law.
In any civil action to enforce the provisions of the North Dakota unemployment
compensation law, the bureau and the state may be represented by any qualified attorney who
is employed by the bureau and is designated by the attorney general.
