Text
All moneys in the job service administration fund received from the United States or any
agency thereof for the administration of the North Dakota unemployment compensation law, or
which may be appropriated by the state for any of the purposes described in the North Dakota
unemployment compensation law, must be expended solely for the purposes and in the
amounts found necessary by the social security board of the United States or any other agency
of the United States succeeding thereto, for the proper and efficient administration of the North
Dakota unemployment compensation law.
