§ 51-30-04 — Delayed notice
North Dakota·Title 51 Sales and Exchanges·Ch. 51-30 Notice of Security Breach for Personal Information
The notification required by this chapter may be delayed if a law enforcement agency
determines that the notification will impede a criminal investigation. The notification required by
this chapter must be made after the law enforcement agency determines that the notification will
not compromise the investigation.
