Text
All fees, penalties, and recoveries of attorney's fees, investigation fees, costs, and
expenses collected pursuant to this chapter shall be retained by the attorney general for
enforcement of this chapter, including to pay costs, expenses, and attorney's fees and salaries
incurred in the operation of the attorney general's consumer protection and antitrust division.
However, the attorney general may deposit any excess funds not required for enforcement of
this chapter in the attorney general refund fund under section 54-12-18.
