Text
For each remedy or penalty under this chapter or chapter 51-15, or otherwise provided by
law, each telephone solicitation or message shall constitute a separate violation for purposes of
an adjudicative proceeding or an action in district court. The remedies, duties, prohibitions, and
penalties of this chapter are not exclusive and are in addition to all other causes of action,
remedies, and penalties in chapter 51-15, or otherwise provided by law.
