North Dakota Statutes
§ 51-28-17 — Civil penalties in court proceeding
The court may award the attorney general civil penalties of not more than two thousand
dollars per violation of this chapter. A violation of this chapter constitutes a violation of chapter
51-15 and the court may award civil penalties under section 51-15-11.
