§ 51-28-07 — Identification by caller
Any caller who makes a telephone solicitation to a subscriber in this state shall immediately
and clearly state at the beginning of the call the caller's true first and last name, the caller's
telephone number, the caller's city and state of location, and the name of the business on
whose behalf the telephone solicitation is made.
