Text
To accomplish the objectives and to carry out the duties prescribed by this chapter or by
other provisions of law, including chapter 50-22, 51-12, 51-13, 51-14, 51-16.1, or 51-18, the
attorney general, in addition to other powers conferred upon the attorney general by this
chapter, may issue subpoenas to any person, administer an oath or affirmation to any person,
conduct hearings in aid of any investigation or inquiry, and prescribe forms and adopt rules as
may be necessary.
