§ 51-12-12 — Newspaper - Misrepresenting circulation
It is unlawful for any proprietor or publisher of any newspaper or periodical willfully and
knowingly to misrepresent the circulation of the newspaper or periodical, for the purpose of
securing advertising or other patronage.
