§ 50-33-05 — State of residence
Only child care assistance units physically residing within the boundaries of the state are
eligible for child care assistance, unless the individual is employed by an early childhood
program within the boundaries of the state and the individual has been approved for the state's
child care assistance child care workforce benefit.
