Privileged.
1.Evidence-based screening tool records are confidential and may be only used for
conducting a screening, treatment, referral for services, and receiving services.
2.Evidence-based screening tool records are not subject to section 50-25.1-11.
3.The department may release reports, data compilations, analyses, and summaries,
which identify or analyze trends.
4.Evidence-based screening tool records are privileged and are not subject to subpoena
or discovery or introduction into evidence in any civil or administrative action.
