Text
The department may provide medical assistance for individuals screened and found to have
breast or cervical cancer in accordance with the federal Breast and Cervical Cancer Prevention
and Treatment Act of 2000 [Pub. L. 106-354; 114 Stat. 1381; 42 U.S.C. 1396a et seq.]. The
department shall establish an income eligibility limit that may not exceed two hundred percent of
the most recently revised poverty line published by the federal office of management and
budget applicable to the household size.
