Text

The department of health and human services may revoke the license of any child-placing agency upon a proper showing of any of the following:

1.The licensee has violated any requirement under this chapter.
2.The license was issued upon a fraudulent or untrue representation.
3.The licensee has violated any rule or regulation of the department.
4.The licensee has made a false or misleading report to the department.
