North Dakota Statutes
§ 50-12-05 — Department may prescribe form of records - Make rules - Records open for inspection
inspection.
The department of health and human services may prescribe the forms for the registration
and record of children placed by a child-placing agency. The department shall make such
reasonable rules and regulations in connection with such placements as are necessary to carry
out the purposes of this chapter. All records must be open to the inspection of the department.
