North Dakota Statutes
§ 50-11-09 — Appeal from decision of department denying or revoking license or certification
certification.
The applicant for a license or certification to operate a facility or a person whose license or
certification for a facility has been revoked may appeal the denial or revocation to the district
court. An appeal must be taken in the manner provided in chapter 28-32.
