enforcement services. All federal funds and other income generated by the state agency under a cooperative agreement with an Indian tribe for child support enforcement services are appropriated on a continuing basis for the sole purpose of hiring additional staff and payment of other expenses as necessary to carry out the state agency's duties under the agreements.
