The statewide automated data processing system established under section 50-09-02.1 must, in accordance with requirements of title IV-D, and regulations, formats, and operating requirements of the secretary adopted thereunder:
1.Effective October 1, 1998, provide comparisons respecting:
a.Federal and state case registry information;
b.Federal and state parent locator information;
c.Information secured under this chapter, chapter 50-24.1, similar laws
administered in other states, and such other programs designated by the
secretary as necessary to perform state agency functions under title IV-D, and
under the respective programs; and
d.Information gathered by other agencies of this state, agencies of other states,
and interstate networks as necessary and appropriate to carry out state
