§ 50-06-45 — North Dakota legislative health care task force - Duties - Membership - Legislative management report

Legislative management report. There is created a North Dakota legislative health care task force. The task force shall meet at least once each quarter and may request, obtain, review, and analyze information relating to North Dakota health care, including data, reports, audits, and other information as requested by the task force. The department of health and human services shall provide staff services for the task force. The task force shall submit a report of its activities and any recommendations to improve health care in the state to the legislative management by October first of each year. The chairman of the task force must be a member of the legislative assembly appointed by the chairman of the legislative management. The chairman of the task force may invite guests to participate
