Text
1.The department shall adopt rules for an evidence-based alcohol and drug education
program for individuals who violate section 5-01-08 or 39-08-01, or equivalent
ordinances, or subparagraph a of paragraph 1 of subdivision d of subsection 7 of
section 19-03.1-23. The rules must allow for the program provider to charge a fee to a
participant in the program.
2.The department shall adopt rules for an evidence-based alcohol and drug education
program certification.
