§ 50-06-31 — Report to legislative council - Individuals committed to state hospital
Before March first of each even-numbered year, the department shall report to the
legislative council on services provided by the department of corrections and rehabilitation
relating to individuals at the state hospital who have been committed to the care and custody of
the commissioner of the department or commissioner's designee.
