Text
A person who has residence in this state, for general assistance purposes, is a resident of
the human service zone in which the person is living on other than a temporary basis. If a
person is living in a human service zone on a temporary basis, the person is a resident of the
human service zone in which the person most recently lived other than on a temporary basis.
