All acknowledgments of deeds or other instruments in writing made by any deputy sheriff of
this state shall be made substantially in the following form:
STATE OF NORTH DAKOTA)
County of ___________ )
On this _____ day of __________, in the year ______ before me, a ________, in and
for said county, personally appeared _________, known to me to be the person who is
described in and whose name is subscribed to the within instrument as deputy sheriff of
said county and acknowledged to me that that person subscribed the name of _______
thereto as sheriff of said county and that person's own name as deputy sheriff.
