Text
The affidavit provided for in section 47-19-11, duly verified according to law and containing a
description of the land to which it relates, may be recorded in the office of the recorder of any
county in this state, and such affidavit, when so recorded, shall be prima facie evidence of the
truth of the facts set forth or contained therein.
