Text

All subsequent deeds, mortgages, or other instruments may describe the individual units,
the common elements, the land, or limited common elements by reference to appropriate
numbers or letters as they appear on the declaration provided for in section 47-04.1-03 without
repeating in detail the description of the units, common elements other than the land, or limited
common elements. The reference must include the book and page of the recorded declaration.
