§ 45-11-06 — Duty of secretary of state regarding fictitious name certificate
The secretary of state shall keep an alphabetical file of the fictitious names filed with the
secretary of state under this chapter. The secretary of state may destroy all fictitious name
certificates or renewals one year after expiration.
