Text
A person becomes a general partner:
1.As provided in the partnership agreement;
2.Under subdivision b of subsection 3 of section 45-10.2-66 following the dissociation of
the last general partner of a limited partnership;
3.As the result of a conversion or merger under sections 45-10.2-94 through
45-10.2-106; or
4.With the consent of all the partners.
