§ 40-54-09 — Separate fund for project - Warrants

North Dakota·Title 40 Municipal Government·Ch. 40-54 Gravel Surfacing City Streets

All moneys received by a municipality from assessments for any graveling project shall be
kept in a separate fund designated as "graveling district number ______________". Warrants
shall be drawn on such fund for the payment of the cost of such gravel project.
