Text
regulation authority of another city. A city may not annex land located within the extraterritorial zoning or subdivision regulation authority of another city by ordinance or resolution unless:
1.Written consent is received from the governing body of the other city; or
2.The annexation is ordered by an administrative law judge in accordance with this
chapter.
