Text
The completed plat must be filed with the chief administrative officer of the jurisdiction, who
shall publish a notice of the filing. The notice must stipulate that all interested parties may view
the plat. The notice must set the date the governing body of the jurisdiction will meet to hear and
consider objections to the survey as made and must be published at least ten days before the
hearing.
