§ 40-48-15 — Public officials to cooperate with planning commission
North Dakota·Title 40 Municipal Government·Ch. 40-48 Municipal Master Plans and Planning Commissions
All public officials, upon request, shall furnish to the planning commission, within a
reasonable time after such request, such information as the commission may require in
connection with its work.
