§ 40-38-08 — Donations - How accepted - Board of directors as trustee
All persons desirous of making donations of money, books, personal property, or real estate
for the benefit of the library may vest the same in the board of directors. The board shall hold
and control all property accepted for the use of the library and reading room as a special
trustee.
