§ 40-34-18 — Power granted by chapter considered an addition

North Dakota·Title 40 Municipal Government·Ch. 40-34 Sewage and Garbage Disposal

The power given to municipalities in this chapter shall be in addition to and not in derogation
of any power existing in any municipality under any provision of the laws of this state.
