Text
Exception.
It shall be the duty of any incorporated city to maintain in a sanitary condition the road or
highway leading to the grounds maintained by said municipality for the disposal of garbage
collected in said municipality. Such road shall be kept free from refuse or garbage resulting from
the transportation of the same by the municipality maintaining said grounds. Nothing in this
section shall be construed to limit the right of a municipality to provide penalties applying to any
persons found guilty of depositing refuse or garbage on said road or roads leading to such
grounds maintained by the municipality for the disposal of refuse and garbage.
