§ 40-33-23 — Sale of gas outside municipalities
Any jointly operated utility as provided in section 40-33-22 shall be authorized to sell and
dispose of gas outside the limits of incorporated municipalities in such manner and upon such
terms and conditions as may be prescribed by the public service commission.
