§ 40-31-07 — Curbing not to be paid for by general taxation - Exception
North Dakota·Title 40 Municipal Government·Ch. 40-31 Construction and Repair of Curbing and Gutters in Cities
Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, a city shall not be liable generally on any
contract for the building or repairing of curbing and shall not be required to pay funds raised by
general taxation upon any such contract.
