§ 40-28-11 — Duties of street commissioner in certain cities

North Dakota·Title 40 Municipal Government·Ch. 40-28 Service Connections

In cities which have no city engineer, the street commissioner shall perform the duties
enjoined upon the city engineer under the provisions of this chapter, if no engineer is employed
by the governing body of the municipality for such purposes.
