Text

Sale of copies. The engineer acting for the municipality shall retain a copy of the plans, specifications, and estimates which have been prepared for any improvement on file in the engineer's office. The engineer shall furnish to any person applying therefor copies of the same, and, if the engineer is an officer of the municipality, the engineer may charge one dollar an hour for the time necessarily employed in making such copies.
