§ 40-21-16 — Special elections conducted in same manner as general elections
Special municipal elections to fill vacancies or for any other purpose must be held and
conducted by the inspectors and judges of election of the several polling places in the same
manner and the returns must be made in the same form and manner as at regular municipal
elections.
