Text
1.The supreme court shall adopt rules governing:
a.Municipal court procedure;
b.Qualifications, judicial conduct, and education of municipal judges;
c.Qualification and education of municipal clerks;
d.Requirements of municipal court facilities; and
e.Records to be maintained and reports to be filed by the municipal court.
2.Each municipal judge and alternate judge shall comply with the rules established by
the supreme court. The city shall reimburse the judge for necessary travel expenses,
meals, and lodging relating to compliance with the rules regarding qualifications,
judicial conduct, and education in the same manner as other city officials are
reimbursed.
