§ 40-16-08 — Auditor a member of board of public works in commission city

North Dakota·Title 40 Municipal Government·Ch. 40-16 City Auditor

The city auditor in a city operating under the commission system of government shall be ex
officio secretary of the board of public works and shall perform the duties of a member of such
board.
