Text
A person is not eligible to hold an elective municipal office unless that person is a qualified
elector of the municipality and has been a resident of the municipality for at least nine months
preceding the election. A person is not eligible to hold an appointive office unless that person is
a citizen of the United States. A person in default to the municipality is not eligible to any office.
