Text
The territory embraced within the boundaries of a municipality organized under this chapter
shall be divided by the board of county commissioners which made the order of incorporation
into election precincts. If the municipality is situated in more than one county, there shall be at
least as many election precincts as there are portions of counties embraced within such
municipality.
