The survey, map, and census required under the provisions of this chapter, when completed
and verified, shall be left for a period of not less than thirty days at some convenient place within
the territory described therein for examination by those having any interest in the application for
incorporation. There shall be attached to such survey, map, and census a notice which explains:
1.The purpose of the map, survey, and census.
2.That a petition for incorporation is to be circulated and will be submitted to the board of
county commissioners at a time certain as specified in the notice.
3.That upon receipt of the petition the board of county commissioners will designate a
time and place to consider the petition.
4.That a notice of the time and place for the hearing will be published o
