Text
The administrative committee on veterans' affairs may make and promulgate such
reasonable rules and regulations as may be necessary and proper to administer the provisions
of this chapter relating to the veterans' aid fund. In any hearings or action taken under the
provisions of this chapter, the provisions of chapter 28-32 do not apply.
