whom - Qualifications.
The adjutant general may present an adjutant general coin to deserving individuals who
have distinguished themselves through exceptional service to the mission of the North Dakota
national guard or department of emergency services. The adjutant general may present a
disaster response coin to deserving individuals who have distinguished themselves through
exceptional service during times of disaster or emergency in the state.
