§ 37-01-45 — Record of veterans
The adjutant general shall initiate and coordinate the collecting of information on North
Dakotans who served in a theatre or area of armed conflict since the Vietnam conflict. The
adjutant general shall make the information available to the public in a manner that the adjutant
general deems advisable.
