Act.
The provisions of sections 32-29.3-01 and 32-29.3-19 which relate to the legal effect,
validity, and enforceability of electronic records or electronic signatures, and of contracts
performed with the use of such records or signatures must be construed to conform to the
requirements of section 102 of the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act
[Pub. L. 106-229; 15 U.S.C. 7001, 7002].
